The deadline for payment of conference fee is June 30, 2023.
We accept only the payments by bank transfers made before 30th of June 2023.

Conference and accommodation fee for Students (700 EUR) covers:

• Transportation from Wroclaw to Świeradów-Zdrój (September 3) and from Świeradów-Zdrój to Wrocław (September 8)
• Accommodation at the conference (possibility of lodging in double room)
• Full board (breakfasts, lunches, dinners)
• Coffee breaks
• Access to the scientific sessions and poster session
• Conference dinner & Excursion

• Coffee breaks

Conference venue

The ESTE conference will be organized in Świeradów-Zdrój. It is a small resort town located in the south-western part of Poland, approx. 150 km from Wrocław (approx. 3 hours by bus). Świeradów-Zdrój is situated at the foot of the Jizera Mountains near the border with the Czech Republic. It is an ideal place to start hiking along mountain trails. You can also use the gondola lift to go up to the mountain tops and enjoy the unforgettable view. Mountain microclimate and resources of natural mineral waters make Świeradów-Zdrój a destination often chosen by tourists both in the summer and winter seasons. A local attraction is a beautiful Cure House from the end of the 19th century and a long glazed walking hall, where you can drink water with healing properties. Those thirsty for extreme sensations can experience a walk in the clouds on a special structure rising above the town. The whole is topped with a glass platform on which you can climb and experience something truly unique.

Conference venue

Cottonina is located in Czerniawa, a quiet district of Świeradów-Zdrój. The creation of Cottonina was inspired by the history of Villa Fabrykanta, a beautiful nineteenth-century building that used to be a part of a cotton factory. The current name of the building is a tribute to the past and a desire to save part of local history from oblivion. Cottonina nowadays creates a complex of four buildings, which impress with a calm, relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The new glow of Cottonina is an encouragement to discover the charms of the Jizera Mountains, which amaze with the richness of nature.
